All orders require a signature unless the customer chooses and selects no signature on delivery. 

If the Customer chooses no signature, Fight Gear Studio is not responsible for any items that go missing and can not provide any discounts on new products that must be purchased to replace the missing items. 

At Fight Gear Studio, we do our best to charge only the minimum cost for shipping. Please note that not all products we have available are deliverable (especially to New Zealand). Please insure you check the product’s shipping information or contact us if you have any enquiries.  

All our processing of orders and deliveries is completed during business hours (9am – 5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note, we are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service.
